- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I was a client roughly two years ago and must say, although the practice is set in a very inviting and modern building, the service is pretty poor with uneccessary, insulting comments given to you. I do appriciate the need to stress the importance of complying with the orthedonticss rules however the very personally insult I heard was infurating and Im surprised the client didnt leape at the member of staff who said this. Aside from this I have many a time been stabbed in the gum with a sharp tool and then told it wad due the my lack of brushing which is ironic as the orthedonist had just complemented me on this. I have haf wire trapped in the side of my mouth when the staff have been more concerned with tea r a song on the radio. The reception staff, however are great. Every single receptionist I have met has been extremely polite, kindand helpful. It really is a shame you dont get to encounter the nicer staff all around. From whatbi gather fro several friends of mine who are current clients, the service is the same and ad I cannot change the starage above, id say it is no more than a three star establishment as they hide their poor service behind the stylish waiting room and welcoming receptionists.By Admin, September 10, 2020
