Delivery to home -Polite and helpful driver. Rang Swansea branch to check on collection - misunderstanding between insurance company and Europcar regarding collection date. After explaining situation told no-one available to collect car - to leave keys under mat or plant pot! When I refused this I was asked if I could take car back or drop of the keys to office. Due to circumstances I had only used the car once driving approximately 4 miles! When I returned the car I was informed the car did not have a full petrol tank and I had to take it to a garage to fill it up, it took £1.79 to fill the tank. I had just saved the company the time of two drivers and the petrol used for delivery and return was included in my bill. Not a very positive experience.
